The Executive team provides leadership and operational management, including strategic operational planning; as well as reporting to major stakeholders.
The Communications team manages all of Screenwest's communications activities including marketing, public relations, publicity, partnerships, events and announcements.
The Production Attraction & Services Team provides support and advice on incentives for filming in WA, assists in facilitating location recces for incoming productions and provides connections to the WA Screen Industry and facilities. They also manage the Crew Attachment Program.
The Finance and Corporate Services team provides financial planning and management, governance support and ensures compliance with Screenwest policies. The team also provides information and technology services in addition to human resources management.
