As Business & Legal Affairs Support Officer, Caroline Middleton supports the Business & Legal Affairs Manager to contribute to an efficient delivery of legal services. She is responsible for all administrative tasks, reviewing legal documents and drafting correspondence and non-complex legal documents. You can find Caroline drafting development investment agreement’s, attachment and professional development contracts, working with Indigenous production and diversity programmes along with ad hoc creative industry agreements.
Caroline joined the Screenwest family in 2010 and has amassed agency experience whilst supporting the production team, working in the locations and film friendly initiatives and as Funding Team Leader. Prior to joining Screenwest, she lived in the UK and worked as a Production Manager and Location Coordinator in the heart of London. She has managed projects across five continents and worked in a location agency bridging the gap between UK property owners and creative industries. She also spent several years in the HR space training and assessing staff.
