About the attachment
Role: Post-Production Coordinator Attachment
Dates: Monday, 6 February – Friday, 14 April 2023 (10 weeks)
Location: Fremantle, WA
Production Company: Prospero Productions
The successful candidate will complete 10 consecutive weeks as a Post-Production Coordinator Attachment under the guidance of the experienced Post-Production Coordinator and Line Producer in the production team, where they will:
- Learn the responsibilities and requirements of a documentary Post-Production Coordinator.
- Contribute to creation of annotated scripts, fact checking, transcriptions and legal binder.
- Understand post-production workflows and how the post-production coordinator can support the creation of a program.
- Learn the process of Rough Cuts, Fine Cuts and Picture lock, Online and Final Delivery related to the creation of a documentary series.
- Gain an understanding of the purpose of the Post Production Coordinator role and how they work with the Series Producer and editorial team.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
In addition to the requirements in the Screenwest Crew Attachment Guidelines and Terms of Trade, the successful applicant will possess:
- Genuine interest to pursue a career in documentary production.
- Have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
- Be able to follow instructions and use initiative and common sense.
- Be a problem solver and be able to communicate clearly.
