The WA Chapter of the Australian Production Design Guild (APDG) is being headed up by Emma Fletcher, who has worked on A FEW LESS MEN, ROSEHAVEN and RED DOG: TRUE BLUE and THE KETTERING INCIDENT.
The APDG aims to engage and connect designers and their associates and technicians working in the screen and live performance sectors in Western Australia.
In addition to screen and stage design, which includes costume, makeup, prosthetics, nationally the APDG supports and represents creatives working across live events, graphics and illustration, visual effects, animation, and interactive platforms.
Members are encouraged to share, where possible, knowledge and skills to continually improve standards in the profession.
The APDG facilitates mentorships and the publication of industry documents, including the Manual for Screen Design Practices and the Live Performance Agreement.
APDG WA has two upcoming events:
GEEK GIRLS screening
