Screenwest Supported XR:WA Fellowship and IPF Future Session

Screenwest is supporting Western Australia’s inaugural XR:WA Festival and Conference through the XR:WA Fellowship and the IPF – Future Now talk.

XR:WA takes place in Perth from Saturday, 6 July to Sunday, 14 July 2019.

XR:WA Fellowship

Screenwest is proud to support the XR:WA Fellowship, which provides the opportunity for those under financial or other stress and disadvantage the opportunity to experience this exciting event and the worlds within in with this special initiative.

We’re providing the opportunity for 10 people to apply for this scholarship of sorts that will provide a full XR:WA 3-day registration. This provides access all areas and the full experience.

IPF – Future Now

As part of the wider XR:WA festival, Screenwest will also be presenting a session where Screenwest Interactive Games Consultant, Vee Pendergrast will discuss the initial findings, philosophy and intentions behind the new Interactive Pilot Fund.

She will delve into the methodology of the applications and speak about the goals and ambitions behind Screenwest’s broader interactive strategy be it for VR/XR/MR, gaming and everything associated.  Following the session will be a networking session with nibbles and drink, registration details below.
