Applications Now Open for Scripted Development Funding
Screenwest has opened applications for the first Scripted Development funding round of the 2021-22 financial year. Applications close on Monday, 20 September at 5:00pm AWST.
The Scripted Development Investment Fund provides concept development (Stage One) and project development (Stage Two) funding to emerging and experienced Western Australian practitioners who are creating scripted content.
Screenwest is looking for high-quality, distinctive projects. Applicants should clearly outline how their project will reach its target audience and will be compelling enough to attract further investment and/or market interest.
So, if your scripted project is going to be the next big cinematic masterpiece, would find its feet on a national broadcaster or streaming service or any other delivery platform, we’d love to hear from you!
Not sure if you should apply just yet? Need some advice, specific to your project? Please get in contact with Scripted Development Manager Barbara Connell to discuss your application.
