Screenwest holiday office closure and payment schedule
The Screenwest office will close from 5:00pm AWST on Thursday, 22 December 2022 and reopen at 9:00am AWST on Tuesday, 3 January 2023.
The Screenwest office will close from 5:00pm AWST on Thursday, 22 December 2022 and reopen at 9:00am AWST on Tuesday, 3 January 2023.
Remaining 2022 fortnightly payments will be made on 30 November and 14 December, with a final, added pay run being made on Wednesday, 21 December 2022. Please be aware invoices must be submitted to the relevant Screenwest staff member and approved for payment by close of business on Friday, 16 December 2022 in order to make this final 2022 pay run.
Consistent with the payment cut off dates of other State Agencies and Broadcasters, all funding conditions precedent for grant funding drawdowns in Screenwest contracts must be met by 5:00pm AWST on Friday, 9 December 2022.
Please allow adequate time for funding conditions, acquittals and/or deliverables to be signed off by the relevant Screenwest staff member, in order to ensure invoices can be approved in time for final pay runs.
Due to the New Year’s Day public holiday, the first payment in 2023 will occur on Friday, 6 January 2023. All invoices will need to be received and approved for payment by Screenwest by Tuesday, 3 January 2023.
Please note: Processes differ between banking facilities and payments may not be cleared on the same day they are processed by Screenwest, therefore we are unable to determine when the funds will be cleared.
