Post Production Supervisor Attachment on upcoming feature film
A professional attachment opportunity is available through the Screenwest Crew Attachment Program on an upcoming feature film. Applications close Tuesday, 26 April at 5:00pm AWST.
About the production
The production is a feature directed by WA’s Ben Young (Hounds of Love, Clickbait) being produced by Jamie Hilton of WA-based production company, See Pictures (Breath, 1%, Go).
The attachment position offered will be led by See Pictures and post production house Sandbox (H is for Happiness, Itch, Three Summers).
About the Attachment
Role: Post Production Supervisor
Dates: Monday, 2 May – Friday, 10 June 2022
Location: Perth, WA
The successful candidate will complete six consecutive weeks as a Post Production Supervisor Attachment under the expert guidance of producer Jamie Hilton and Sandbox’s Louise Bertoncini, where they will:
- Gain specific and practical knowledge about how to manage an international feature film through online post to delivery.
- Work with all relevant HOD’s and maintain open communications to work collaboratively with all departments, production, sound editing, sound mixing, music clearances, VFX, graphics and lab.
- Attend Post briefing sessions with directors and producers.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
In addition to the requirements in the Screenwest Crew Attachment Guidelines and Terms of Trade, the successful applicant will possess:
- A good understanding of the post production processes for feature film or TV.
- Methodical and organised, with a proven attention to detail when dealing with complex lists of film post requirements or delivery requirements. Good with multitasking, organizing priorities and problem solving.
- Extra consideration will be given to those applicants with adjacent industry expertise such as music or VFX supervision.
