Digital Games Marketing with Alan Frazier

Screenwest is inviting WA games studios and independent developers to come and learn about marketing for digital games, ahead of the Digital Games Production Fund closing at the end of January.

Game developer and marketing live operations specialist, Alan Frazier, will discuss how to create and improve a marketing strategy plan. Joining Alan is Screenwest’s new Digital Games Manager, Mark Smith, who will be on hand to meet practitioners and answer any additional questions about the Digital Games Production Fund.

A livestream option with an online Q&A is available to WA game practitioners who live regionally. Please note that the presentation will not be recorded.

About Alan Frazier

Alan Frazier is an American video game maker and marketing live operations specialist living in Perth. Alan has been in the games industry since 2010 and his CV includes Ubisoft and Innogames as well as brands such as Battlestar Galactica Online, Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Phantoms and Forge of Empires. His career has taken him from Germany to Singapore and now to Australia, where he is focused on several start-ups and helping the Perth game scene grow. 

About Mark Smith

As Digital Games Manager Mark oversees the delivery and assessment of Screenwest’s digital games funding programs. Mark is a passionate game designer and developer who has over 10 years of experience in the video game and games adjacent industries. After completing a bachelor’s degree in Games Art and Design, Mark went on to work on a number of video games for PC, PlayStation and Xbox as well as recently producing two new mobile games as a solo developer.
