Western Australian factual filmmakers continue to amaze and impact the industry with Screenwest announcing an impressive $1 million for 15 factual projects selected through the latest wave of production and development funding rounds.
Screenwest Factual Executive Franziska Wagenfeld said, “Screenwest is proud and honoured to support an exciting slate of captivating and innovative documentary projects aimed at the domestic and international marketplace.”
Formal Letters of Offer containing funding conditions are currently being issued to the projects below.

The Documentary Production Fund provides production finance for feature length documentary films and factual series with significant marketplace attachments from traditional and new online platforms and distributors.
Documentary and TV Development Fund
The Documentary and Television Development Fund is designed to support Western Australian companies and individuals by investing in the development of factual programming and scripted television series.
On-Demand Content Fund
The On-Demand Content Fund aims to support the production of exceptional online, interactive, virtual reality and or/multiplatform projects with well-defined narratives and significant market attachment.
