Synopsis

DO or DIE is a 4 x 1 hour factual series where regular office workers are thrown into a survival adventure that will change their lives and workplaces forever.

Each week DO or DIE drops a group of unsuspecting workers into some of the harshest Australian environments for five gruelling days. Calling on the help of workplace psychologist and outdoor adventurer, Dr Travis Kemp, the group is sent on what they believe to be a fun team-building exercise. Instead, they’ll be flung into a survival adventure with no escape. It’s DO or DIE!

A week full of emotional highs and lows, dramatic twists and turns, bringing the participants to the edge as they grapple with their own limitations, and the limitations of their colleagues. Can they survive not only the adventure, but also each other? Will they make it back to the office inspired, motivated and ready for change?

DO or DIE is one hour of adventure, conflict and drama played out against the stunning backdrop of Australia’s wilderness. Can office politics be put aside when the boss is dangling off a cliff? Would you put your life in the hands of the office bully?

DO or DIE is the series that sets work colleagues their toughest assignment yet

About the Crew

“Every day of shooting brought with it the unexpected”

“The weather and the elements were constantly changing and that, mixed with the unpredictability of human behavior, meant we never knew what was going to happen next and what new challenges we would face as a film unit.”

The Narrative Focus

“While battling with our own fatigue and exhaustion our primary focus remained with the characters and their stories”

We were there to capture the growth, the epiphanies and the nature of groups as our characters faced their fears, conquered their personal demons and solved their workplace problems.
