T-Vis projects announced

From 38 Western Australian submissions, six projects have been selected to participate in T-Vis week from April 14 to 18, 2009. Participants receive feedback on their scripts from industry consultants and two teams will also be eligible to receive up to $15,000 development funding.

The T-Vis teams will workshop their scripts with industry consultants Sue Masters, Tim Pye and Dave Warner. The teams will also have the opportunity to meet with Amanda Duthie, Head of ABC Arts, Entertainment and Comedy, and take part in a public panel discussion on television development with the T-Vis consultants.

Following T-Vis week, two projects will be selected to receive up to $15,000 in development funding.

The six projects selected to participate in T-Vis are:

  • Living Memory (Memorable Films): producer Susan Fleming, director Franco Di Chiera, writer Barbara Connell
  • My School is an Alien Mothership: writer Adam Isitt
  • Grooming the Bride (Factor 30 Films): producers Melissa Kelly and Mala Sujan, writer Eoin O'Brian
  • The Sharp End (Rapsody Productions): producer John Rapsey, writers Roy Gilbert and Damien O'Doherty
  • Catching Up! With Henry & Aaron: producer Jimmy Jack, writers Henry Inglis and Aaron McCann
  • Pea & Me (Taylor Media): producer Natalie Bell, writer Sue Taylor-Suchy and Lew Umbrellahem
