IndiVision Project Lab deadline extended

Screen Australia has announced that the application deadline for its fifth IndiVision Project Lab has been extended until 5pm on Monday August 11.

The IndiVision Project Lab is a high-level development opportunity for Australian filmmaking teams of mid or high level experience developing feature films with a budget of $2.5 million or less.

Very experienced teams need only a treatment to apply, while others need a draft script.

Selected teams will attend a week-long Project Lab in Sydney in the first week of December 2008, where they meet with international and local advisors on script, production strategies, performance strategies, and visual language.

Following the Lab, projects receive development funding for the next script draft and are eligible for international travel grants for financing and marketing.
