Audience and Industry Engagement Program open now for applications
ScreenWest's Audience and Industry Engagement Program (AIEP) seeks to support the expansion of the Western Australian screen industry through festivals, events and projects that encourage and facilitate dialogue and interaction between the screen industry and the WA public. AIEP funding applications close at 5:00pm on Monday May 10, 2010.
Activities that are eligible to apply for AIEP funding include:
- Festivals, screenings and events that profile Western Australian screen content and/or filmmakers to WA audiences.
- Activities that provide an opportunity for the WA public to give feedback to the WA screen industry and screen practitioners.
- Activities where both screen practitioners and the community are collaboratively able to engage with and learn from world-class (interstate or international) screen practitioners.
People intending to apply for AIEP funding, especially those applying for the first time, are requested to contact ScreenWest Communications and Marketing Officer Jo Hos on (08) 9224 7424 or email jo@screenwest.com.au for a detailed discussion of the project before making a formal application.
