Apply Online

You can now apply online to all ScreenWest funding programs. The online application process is fast and secure.

Where do I start?

You must first subscribe to ScreenWest's free online service, ScreenXtra.  With a ScreenXtra account you can apply online, you will automatically receive ScreenWest's weekly e-newsletter ScreenOnline, and if eligible, you can add your details to the Western Australian Production Directory.  If you have previously signed up to receive ScreenOnline, then you will already have a ScreenXtra account.

What's next?

Once you have logged in to ScreenXtra, select the funding program and round you wish to apply for and click the 'Apply' button in the top right hand corner of the window. You will then be taken through a step-by-step process to complete and submit your application.

What if I need to make some changes?

You can save your application form to complete and submit at a later time (prior to the closing date for that round).  Once you have submitted your application online you cannot make any changes, however, if you need to edit your application please contact the ScreenWest Funding Team or telephone (08) 9224 7340.

Please do not submit more than one application for the same project in the same funding round.

How do I know if my application has been received?

An receipt email will be sent to you within two working days as confirmation of ScreenWest's receipt of your online application. It is the applicant's responsibility to contact ScreenWest if you do not receive an application receipt. Please keep a copy of your receipt number as ScreenWest staff may ask you to quote the number in any future correspondence.

Can I still print and submit my application?

There is currently no facility to print out your online application form.

If you would prefer to submit your application via email, post or hand delivery, you can download and print out a PDF application form. The downloadable application form is found on each funding program page. 

If you submit your application via email, post or hand delivery you will receive written confirmation within two working days of the closing date. If you don't receive written confirmation within this timeframe it is expected and recommended that you contact the ScreenWest Funding Team .
