Meet with ACTF in Perth

The CEO and Head of Development and Production of the Australian Children's Television Foundation (ACTF) will be visiting Perth to have one-on-one meetings with Western Australian producers at ScreenWest on Wednesday July 1 and Thursday July 2, 2009. RSVP to ScreenWest by June 19, 2009 to request a meeting.
The meetings are an opportunity for both the ACTF and independent WA producers to meet and greet and find out about opportunities for working with the ACTF - either through script development funding, distribution or co-production.
Interviewees are welcome to discuss any children's projects they might be developing or thinking about developing and find out whether the ACTF can assist or be involved.
Meetings are anticipated to go for 20-30 minutes and attendees can bring any information about themselves or the projects they think might be useful in introducing themselves to the ACTF.

Jenny Buckland
CEO Australian Children's Television Foundation
Jenny Buckland was appointed the CEO of The Australian Children's Television Foundation in July 2002.
Jenny played the key role in establishing the ACTF as one of the most successful international marketers of children's television programs. Today the ACTF's programs sell to more than 100 countries and are seen by 96 million people.
Formerly the General Manager of the ACTF, Jenny also has extensive experience in business, financial and legal affairs.
Bernadette O'Mahony
Head of Development and Production; Executive Producer/Producer Australian Children's Television Foundation
Bernadette O'Mahony has had an extensive career in the Australian film and television industry working across prime time drama, feature film and children's television.
She has produced projects including the feature film Crackers, as well as the children's series Bush Patrol, Crash Zone 1 & 2, Round the Twist 3 and Legacy of the Silver Shadow. Bernadette was executive producer and producer of the multi award winning children's series Mortified.
Bernadette is executive producer on the series Lockie Leonard Series 2, My Place and Dance Academy.
